Guests have full access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes the game room, fitness area, outdoor space, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Parking is free and available on-site.

The driveway comfortably holds 3-4 vehicles. Limited street parking directly in front of the home only (Max 5 cars at any time - Do not park in front of our neighbor’s house as they may tow your vehicle.)

Also, as we are situated near wooded areas, it is possible to encounter wildlife during your stay, including insects and small animals. We take measures to minimize their presence, but please understand that we cannot fully control nature, and we do not offer refunds in such cases.

Finally, we strive to maintain all of our appliances and amenities in good working order, but if you encounter any issues, please let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly. We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, water shortage, flooding, severe weather conditions, construction noise, or mandatory evacuations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

**On this property, NO DISRUPTIVE gatherings or PARTIES are permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in an automatic cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.

**Identity Verification and Damage Deposit Program**

To ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations and provide extra protection for our guests and properties, all guests must complete an identity verification check through our third-party provider, Charge Automation. This secure fraud prevention platform will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification process. Please complete this before arriving to automatically receive your check-in instructions. Unlock Stays reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations for individuals who do not provide the requested information or complete the identity verification process.

Additionally, you will be asked to sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of making your reservation. A security deposit "hold" of $300 will be placed on the credit card used to book 2 days prior to arrival and will be released no later than 5 days after departure, pending no damages/missing items reported.

** Non-disruptive events are allowed with written permission only and an additional paid event fee.

EARLY CHECK-INS
Guests can request early check-ins within two days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am.

LATE CHECK-OUTS
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m.
