★Renter’s Agreement & Security Deposit★

As this location is a corporate rental, we require a renter's agreement and a security deposit to secure your premier experience. These steps must be completed prior to check-in:

✔ Identity Verification: A secure identity verification process will be completed through our trusted third-party provider, ChargeAutomation (Know Your Guest Inc.).
✔ Security Deposit: A $150 security hold will be placed on your card 2 days before check-in and released within 3 days after check-out, provided there are no damages.
✔ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.

*** Failure to complete these steps may result in the cancellation of your booking.

★Parking Information★

✔ Stays of 2+ Nights: Free gated parking for one vehicle. Please confirm if you will have a vehicle at least 4 hours before check-in for access.
✔ 1-Night Stays: Parking is $20 for a one-day guest pass, to be requested 4 hours before arrival.
✔ Additional Vehicles: A second parking pass is available at a discounted rate of $20 per night, calculated for the total number of nights in your booking. Guests cannot choose specific nights for parking; the pass must cover the entire stay. Regular rates are $25 per night.
✔ Visitor Parking: Visitors may use the garage at standard rates or park in the public lot across the street. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for tows or tickets.

*** Important: All parking passes and access fobs must be returned by departure, with photo proof provided, to avoid a $300 charge per missing item.

★Early Check-Ins★

Available upon request within 2 days of departure and subject to approval. Fees: $20 per hour after 11:00 AM (not available past 4:00 PM. Must purchase an extra day).

*** Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $300 fee to ensure our cleaning team has adequate time to prepare for the next guest.
