Guests have full access to the entire home and all its amenities.
✔️ The Royal Driveway: Our enchanted driveway can fit 3–4 carriages (or cars, if you insist) comfortably.
✔️ Street-Side Charm: If you have more guests arriving, 1–2 extra vehicles can park directly in front of our home on the street.
🚫 No Parking in the Forbidden Zone: Please don’t park in front of our neighbor’s home. They have the power (and the permission) to tow away any intruding carriages. We’d hate for anyone’s adventure to be interrupted!

This retreat is designed for teens and adults who love a touch of nostalgia. The themed decor isn’t meant for tiny hands—it’s here to bring joy, not become a plaything! Parents of young adventurers, treat yourselves to a grown-up getaway and leave the little ones at home for their own adventure.
Your Royal Checklist
To unlock the gates to your Disney-inspired haven, we ask for the following:
✔ Identity Verification: Look for an email from Unlock Stays with secure verification steps from our trusted third-party provider, ChargeAutomation (Know Your Guest Inc.). Complete this before check-in to receive your keys to the kingdom.
✔ Security Deposit: A $300 hold will be placed on your card 2 days before check-in and released 3 days post-departure (as long as no dragons—or damages—have visited).
✔ Rental Agreement: Sign and return within 24 hours of booking.
Once complete, your enchanted portal (aka the guidebook) will provide you with all the essential info: parking, amenities, local tips, and even how to request early or late check-ins! Failure to complete these steps will sadly result in a canceled booking.
No Villainous Gatherings or Parties
Our castle isn’t designed for raucous bashes. Unauthorized events will lead to the cancellation of your stay, without refund, and forfeiture of your deposit. Small, noble gatherings are welcome with written permission and an additional event fee.
Quiet Hours in the Kingdom
To keep the peace across the land, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. EST. Outdoor amenities close at:
✔ 10:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday
✔ 12:30 a.m. Friday–Sunday
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
✔ Early Check-In: Request within 2 days of arrival (not guaranteed). Approved check-ins are $25/hour until normal check-in time (not before 8 a.m.).
✔ Late Check-Out: Request within 2 days of departure (not guaranteed). Approved check-outs are $25/hour after 11 a.m. (not past 4 p.m.).
✔ Unauthorized Late Check-Outs: Result in a $300 fee to ensure the castle is ready for its next royal guests.
