We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, water shortage, flooding, severe weather conditions, construction noise, or mandatory evacuations. **On this property, NO DISRUPTIVE gatherings or PARTIES are permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in an automatic cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
**Identity Verification and Damage Deposit Program**
To ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations and provide extra protection for our guests and properties, all guests must complete an identity verification check through our third-party provider, Superhog (Know Your Guest Inc.). This secure fraud prevention platform will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification process. Please complete this before arriving to enable a quick and easy check-in. Unlock Stays reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations for individuals who do not provide the requested information or complete the identity verification process.
Additionally, you will be asked to authorize a damage deposit of up to $500 through Superhog for potential accidental damage during your stay. However, instead of holding the $500 deposit from your account, you will only be required to pay a non-refundable service fee of $15. This means that the $500 will not be charged to your account unless there is damage beyond normal wear and tear. If the property is returned undamaged, there will be no additional charges.

★ PET RULES ★
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $85 per stay. A refundable damage deposit of $150 is due before check-in, including service animals. One dog (up to 25 pounds) is permitted per stay. (Please include breed, weight, and size in your booking request.) Your dog must be crated when you are away.

Quiet hours within the neighborhood are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. EST.
EARLY CHECK-INS
Guests can request early check-ins within two days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am.
LATE CHECK-OUTS
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m.
**Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $200 fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. **
** We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with Unlock Stay properties; hence, our home security systems include entry sensors and an active, recording audio and video device at the front door. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Tampering includes but is not limited to: covering, blocking, turning, or removing. This also includes our doorbells. Any tampering with devices will result in an immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your stay. There is NO surveillance located inside the home.
