Located in a peaceful East Smyrna neighborhood, this townhome offers quick access to major interstates I-285 and I-75, making city exploration a breeze. Guests will be able to park any parking spaces labeled #14 or “Guest”.

Managed by Unlock Stays, we strive to maintain all our amenities in good working order. If you encounter any issues, let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly. We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances, like power outages or severe weather conditions.

**Identity Verification, Security Deposit, and Rental Agreement**

For the safety and protection of our guests and property, all bookings require identity verification, a security deposit, and a signed rental agreement.

Requirements:

✔ Guests must be 21+ to book

✔ Identity Verification: You’ll receive an email from Unlock Stays to complete a secure verification process through our third-party provider, ChargeAutomation (Know Your Guest Inc.) prior to check-in.

Security Deposit: We will place a $150 security deposit hold on your card 2 days before check-in and release it within 3 days post-departure, provided there are no damages or losses.

✔ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.

After completing these steps, you will gain access to your personalized portal and guidebook, which contain essential information such as parking instructions, amenities, and local recommendations.

You’ll also have the option to request early or late check-in through the portal. Failure to complete these steps may result in the cancellation of your booking.

House Rules and Policies

**No disruptive gatherings or parties are permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in automatic cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit. (Please inquire first if you would like visitors during your stay.)

**Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST.

**Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for a small fee. Please inquire in advance to avoid extra charges. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $200 fee.

**Security Features: Our home incorporates entry sensors and a front door camera to ensure your peace of mind. We kindly ask that guests do not tamper with these devices, as they ensure a secure environment. Any tampering will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay.
